Our mutual agreement to ensure a smooth and safe cleaning experience.
Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing First Light Cleaners. By booking an appointment with us—either via our website, phone, or email—you accept and agree to the terms listed below.
Note: These terms apply to all standard services unless a separate written agreement or official service contract has been signed by both parties, in which case the written contract takes precedence.
48-Hour Rain Guarantee
We stand by our shine. Nebraska weather is unpredictable. If rain spots up your windows within 48 hours of our service, simply notify us. We will return to touch up the affected exterior glass at no additional cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you aren't happy, we aren't done. Please notify us within 24 hours of any issues. We will return to re-clean the specific area to meet your expectations.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service rate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Late Policy: Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1% per month on the outstanding balance.
Safety & Access
To ensure safety, please provide clear access to cleaning areas and secure all pets. Our technicians generally do not lift items over 35 lbs or clean areas containing biological hazards (mold, animal waste, etc.).
Pre-Existing Conditions
Dirt often hides pre-existing scratches or imperfections on glass. When we remove that dirt, those prior imperfections may become visible. First Light Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches (including tempered glass scratches), or loose fixtures not properly installed.

For every new client you refer to us who completes a paid service, you will receive a credit applied to your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you for helping us grow!
