Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited. This data is collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) and by Google Analytics 4.

Cookies & analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. By default it runs in a cookieless mode that sends aggregated, non-identifying measurement signals and stores no analytics cookies on your device. Only if you choose Accept on our cookie banner does Google Analytics store analytics cookies for more detailed measurement. We also store one small item in your browser to remember your consent choice. You can decline at any time using the banner and clear stored data through your browser settings.

SMS & Text Message Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use your phone number to respond to your quote request and to coordinate or confirm scheduled appointments. With your consent, we may also send you text messages about promotions, offers, or updates. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of using our services. Message and data rates may apply.

For repeat or recurring customers, a payment method may be securely kept on file with these PCI-DSS-compliant processors so we can bill for completed service; the card data is stored and protected by the processor, not by us. You can ask us to remove a card on file at any time.

We use third-party services that may process data on our behalf, including but not limited to:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing
• Google Analytics 4 (with Consent Mode) — cookieless-by-default traffic analytics; analytics cookies are set only with your consent
• Google Maps — embedded maps on our website
• QuickBooks — invoicing and payment processing
• Google Voice — business phone, text, and voicemail
