General & Scheduling
Yes! While our busiest seasons are spring and fall, we clean windows nearly all year. However, during freezing winter months, we may reschedule for safety or focus on interior cleaning only.
For exterior-only cleanings, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the backyard (unlocked gates). For interior cleanings, we require an adult (18+) to be present to let us in and secure pets.
Absolutely. We carry full liability insurance. This protects both your property and our technicians. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Service Specifics
Our standard glass cleaning always includes a basic seal wipe to remove surface dust. Full screen cleaning and deep track detailing are available as optional add-ons. Just let us know if you'd like these added to your quote!
Yes, but this is a Restoration Service. Standard cleaning removes dirt, but hard water (calcium) bonds to the glass. We use specialized compounds to restore the glass. We will need to assess your windows in person to see if restoration is possible.
Payment & Policies
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards. We can also email you an invoice with a link to pay online.
We offer a 48-Hour Rain Guarantee. If rain spots up your windows within 48 hours of our service, notify us, and we will return to touch up the exterior glass for free.
